EntityFramework,The specified store provider cannot be found in the configuration, or is not valid

c# entity-framework exception

Question

EntityFramework is used in a Winform application that I have. When I try to start the program on the client's machine, I receive the error message "The requested store provider cannot be identified in the configuration, or is not valid." The application runs flawlessly on my development system. EntityFramework.dll has been distributed to the client. Why do I keep receiving this error? Since the app.config file is dynamically produced based on the database chosen during runtime, I am not including the connection strings in it. (VistaDB is the database I use.)

Below is the app.config file:

<configuration>
<configSections>
<section name="entityFramework" type="System.Data.Entity.Internal.ConfigFile.EntityFrameworkSection,EntityFramework, Version=4.4.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089" requirePermission="false" />
</configSections>
<connectionStrings>
 </connectionStrings>
 <entityFramework>
<defaultConnectionFactory type="System.Data.Entity.Infrastructure.SqlConnectionFactory, EntityFramework" />
</entityFramework>
</configuration>

This challenge I faced. Connector.NET was uninstalled and then reinstalled. It now operates.
