Question

Using EF6, I'm attempting to create my model classes from a MySQL database schema. I try to utilize the database first method in the ado.net wizard, but I receive an error that reads:

Unexpected exception occured when generating the model. StrongTypingException:the value for column 'IsPrimaryKey' in table TableDetails is DBNull.

Try this out first by running the following command on the MySQL database.

set the global switch to "derived merge=off"
