Question

I can't seem to get update-database to use my Seed Method to populate my database.

I was developing an EF-based MVC4 application, and I'm currently transitioning it to EF-based MVC5. Prior to MVC5, I had to construct a class called User.cs; however, with Identity in MVC5, we now require that our User class derive from IdentityUser.

I merely altered the following while still using the exact same code as I did with the MVC4 configuration file:

var users = new List<User>

to

var users = new List<ApplicationUser>

and

new User{ FirstMi....

to

new ApplicationUser { FirstMi....

Here, on line 61, there is a mistake.
